Fulfillment and Delivery
We take pride in a structured fulfillment process to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. Our standard delivery timeline is 3 to 4 business days.
- Processing: We require 2 business days to package your items and prepare them for shipment.
- Transit: Once the package leaves our facility, the logistics provider typically requires 1 to 2 working days for transit within the region.
Regarding cancellations, you may cancel your order at any time while the item remains in our warehouse. However, once the package is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the delivery process must be completed. In such cases, the cancellation window is closed.
Payment and Operations
Zenvoralis operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. We collect the full payment at your doorstep at the time of delivery. This ensures you only pay when the physical product arrives. There are no restocking fees or additional service charges. We do not require your credit card or bank details during the checkout process on our website.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day your package is delivered. This policy is specifically designed to address instances where a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product.
- Reporting Issues: If your item is faulty, email us at help@zenvoralis.com. We will arrange a courier pickup at no cost to you.
- Inspection: Once the item returns to our facility, we perform an inspection within 24 hours.
- Resolution: If the inspection confirms the issue, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable or the damage is severe, we provide a full refund.
- Refund Process: Since we use COD, we do not have your fiscal data. We will contact you via email to request your bank details for a manual transfer. Once initiated, the amount usually reflects in your account within 5 to 6 business days, depending on your bank.
Important Note: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to a change of mind. We encourage you to review your choices and ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing an order.
Regional Scope and Governance
Zenvoralis operates only in Singapore. We do not ship internationally or accept orders from outside this jurisdiction. Our operations strictly follow the laws of the Republic of Singapore, including the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
