Zenvoralis operates with a focused regional approach. We deliver exclusively within the borders of Singapore. By concentrating our efforts on the local market, we can maintain a high standard of speed and oversight for every package. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, nor do we deliver to offshore islands or restricted zones where standard courier access is limited.

Pricing Transparency

Payment on Delivery Protocol

To provide maximum security and peace of mind, we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This protocol means you only hand over payment when the physical product is in your hands.

  • Handling: Please ensure you have the exact total ready in cash when the courier arrives. This helps keep the process quick and efficient for both you and the logistics staff.
  • Safety: Because we use this physical payment method, we never ask for your credit card numbers or sensitive bank details through our website.
  • Documentation: You will receive a confirmation of your order via email, which serves as your record of the amount due at your doorstep.
Dispatch and Delivery Timeline

Our logistics framework is divided into two distinct phases to ensure your items are handled with the necessary attention. Our total delivery window is 3 to 4 business days.

  1. Order Packaging (Processing): We dedicate 2 business days to cautiously inspect and package your order. This stage is vital to ensure that your decor items are shielded against the bumps of transit.
  2. Product Transit: Once packaged, the order is handed to our logistics partners, who require an additional 1 to 2 business days to complete the journey to your address.
Dispatch Definition and Cancellation

It is important to understand the transition point of your order. You maintain the right to cancel your order as long as the items remain within our warehouse facility. However, once the status changes to dispatched, the order is officially with our logistics team. At this point, the delivery must be completed, and the cancellation window is closed. We ask that you remain certain of your purchase before the dispatch happens to ensure a seamless flow for our delivery partners.
